I'm Kristin Hall, a Southwest Florida real estate professional, proud mother, and entrepreneur with a passion for helping people build, protect, and manage their investments.
Southwest Florida isn't just where I work. It's home.
I've lived in Southwest Florida for more than 20 years. I went to school here, raised my children here, and watched our communities grow firsthand.
Koastal Key grew out of my real estate experience and a simple belief: property management should be about more than collecting rent. It should be about relationships, protecting your investment, and giving you peace of mind, whether it's your first rental, one of many, or a home you manage from afar.
I bring local market knowledge, clear communication, and realistic expectations, and I treat every property like it's my own. You're never just another property on a spreadsheet.
